Trust starts with visible intent
Agency teams do not reject AI because it is new. They reject it when it feels like a black box. If the assistant drafts a response, changes status, prepares a quote, or suggests the next move without showing what it understood and why it acted, trust disappears fast.
A strong copilot reduces effort while keeping intent visible. It should make the next action easier, but it should also show what inputs were used, what the system inferred, and what still needs a decision from a human.

They know where the answer came from and how to correct it. That feedback is not a side feature; it is how the system improves while staying safe enough for live operations.
For agency environments, this means the copilot should not live as a decorative overlay. It should sit close to the task itself: the quote, the customer record, the policy comparison, or the endorsement flow.
